In a bid to weaken American morale, the Nazis decided to make a film showing Spy Smasher losing against them. With Hans as their impostor, they went to America and began to film, catching the attention of the real Spy Smasher, who took the place of Hans in one shoot to foul their production and, after this was discovered and the Nazis managed to escape, Spy Smasher again disrupted their plans by crashing their screening of their film, again knocking out Hans.
